Crewtrace

I partnered with a construction company owner to create a workforce tracking platform tailored to field crews. Built as a SaaS in Next.js and Supabase, CrewTrace replaces unreliable paper timesheets with geo-verified clock-ins, real-time dashboards, and exportable labor reports. The platform includes seat-based billing via Stripe and a simple mobile interface that makes clocking in effortless for workers while giving managers accurate, trustworthy data. I also designed and built a Webflow landing page to showcase the product, giving CrewTrace a professional online presence alongside its functional platform. Designed and deployed in just over a week, it’s a lightweight but scalable solution that directly solves on-site accountability challenges.
